2.项目内容及规模：该产业园规划占地约100亩，主要建设内容包括：确定三元和磷酸铁锂电池材料体系与圆柱和方形电池形态。；引进圆柱和方形电芯配套的自动化产线，检测设备，国家级检测实验室。项目建设计划分三期：第一期主要投资在新能源电池研发，生产，销售等;第二期主要投资在新能源电池周边配套产业;第三期主要投资在新能源车的研发，生产，销售，运营，售后。
